How do I sign up for a plan?

It’s easy as choosing one of the four plans available from our price and plan. Simply create an account if your owner or buyer and you can start publishing or buying right away. If only everything was easy then we make it easy.

Do I pay for Free subscription?

No, you do not and we do not even ask you for any form of payment when your accessing our Free plan. But you can at any time upgrade your subscription plan to enjoy the benefit that is best for your business.

How does the Free listing works?

All you need is sign up for an account which is Free. During your Free plan, you are free to switch between plans without incurring any fees, but only the plan you choose. If you are not interesting in continuing the paid plan, you must downgrade your plan to Basic. Otherwise automatic recurring payment will continue on your subscription plan and such payment are not refundable.

What kind of payment you accept?

We accept major credit cards payment like Visa, MasterCard. We also accept PayPal. At this time we do not accept checks and purchase orders.

How do I switch my plans/subscriptions?

Plans/subscription can be switch at any time from your account page. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan but plan will have to expire first which means when your plan is Platinum and you downgrade to Gold your Platinum subscription term will have to expire first before the Gold plan will apply.

Are there any hidden fees I have to pay?

No, there are no hidden fees aside your subscription plans. All taxes and IVA included in the plan.

What type of files and photos I can upload?

You can upload any file but we recommendation is that you upload your files in PDF, your images and video have to be the recommended size to our website.

For Buyers

How can I contact Owner?

Our system offers owners the option to accept/receives direct contact from buyer so yes if the owner is eligible you can contact owner through profile page.

Will I be able to make a reservation to Owner?

Yes, you will be able to make a reservation if the owner is eligible for accepting reservation through our system

Is my payment securely processed?

As we do not handle any payment for owners, you can contact the owner and ask about the form of payment they accept or check owners profile on our website.

Can I cancel my reservation with Owner?

As we wish you have the best time with our owners, yes you can contact the business owner for cancellation but make sure you understand owners policy before making a reservation/booking.

Where can I see my reservation?

After making your reservation/booking you will receive email confirmation which you will present to the owner.

How can I contact Ubbaloo?

You can contact us through the contact us form and we will be happy to help. We recommend you describe your enquires in details so we can resolve your queries swiftly.

How can I delete my account?

As we will be sad to see you go, you can delete your by contact our support team with your request and one of our support team will delete it for you. You will then receive email confirmation.

For Owners

How do I create a Listing?

Before creating an ad, you need to create Ubbaloo User Account. You sign up for free by clicking Register section. On the page you can either create an account by signing up via your Facebook or Google+ account or enter your name, email address and a very strong and memorable password. You can then fill in the entire necessary requirement about details of your business, images etc. and don’t forget to save and continue.

Do I have to pay to create an account?

No, creating an account on Ubbaloo is Free.

Do I pay to add my business?

Adding your business on Ubbaloo is Free but this gives you limited access to the site. If you wish to enjoy much benefit and win more customers you look at our package option plans.

How can I rank my business better?

Getting better exposure for your business depends on the package you have, you can choose the best plan better for your business.

How can I contact Ubbaloo?

Contact us by using our contact us form by stating your business and details of your queries so we can resolve your issues more swiftly.

Can I modify my listing once it is online?

Yes, you can edit your listing from My Account section. Note that the modification will not affect product purchase before this modification and the old terms, cancellation policy will still remain but products bought after the modification will be affected.

How can I improve and quality of my business listing?

Write a clear title and tell your customers about your business
Upload quality photos about your business
Make sure you take photos in bright areas that has much light
Do not take photos of yourself in it
Let your photo speaks well about your business

Why should I put my exact address?

We recommend your full business address and location for your potential customers to find you and this help us to bring the clients to your door.

My address does not show on the map?

Visit mygeoposition.com, you will find latitude and longitude, type your address into the search field and click search. You will then see your latitude and longitude codes to enter in the address section on Ubbaloo.
